Thankyou! I tend to stick to 3% around the hairline on all clients. If I was to drop the developer I would use activator, but only if my clients hairline was a level 8 and above and I didn&#039;t need too much lift, or if they ends were already prelightened and I just needed to clean them up I would use activator on the ends.
