Cancellation and Refunds
Minimum Commitment Period: Clients are required to commit to a minimum initial term of six (6) months from the start date of their agreement.
Automatic Renewals: Following the completion of the initial six-month period, the agreement will automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation During Initial Term: Cancellation requests during the initial six-month term will not be permitted, and clients will remain liable for all fees due for the full term.
Renewal Periods: After the six-month commitment period, clients may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice (info@adelecatherineeducation.co.uk), effective from the next billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Adele Catherine Education and is protected by copyright laws.
5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
