Would you recommend putting highlights over the top of a fresh gloss? A friend of mine’s hair has bleached from the sun and we want to cancel out the damage and tone however she would like highlights throughout the rest of her hair. But she wants to keep as much length as possible so cutting it out isn’t an option. Thanks, Alicia
